Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Executive/Caretaker to manage guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries and billing while ensuring excellent customer service.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle guest check-in/check-out and reservations.
- Attend calls, WhatsApp and guest enquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping.
- Maintain billing, records and daily reports.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in a hotel, homestay or hospitality industry preferred.
- Polite, responsible and customer-focused attitude.
